Terms and Conditions

 

  • The 18U OPEN Division must have 16 registered teams for the grand prize to be awarded.
  • Hotel: A maximum of 16 total room nights will be provided at a hotel in Honolulu, with a cap of $280 per room, per night.
  • Eligibility: Only officially rostered players and staff from the winning 18U OPEN team in Mountain Valley Mayhem Boys Volleyball Tournament are eligible for the award.
  • Acceptance Deadline:
    • The winning team must accept the award within 24 hours of being notified.
    • If declined, the award will be offered to the second-place team, who will have 24 hours to accept.
  • Non-transferable: The award is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes.

Registration fee:

  • 17/18U OPEN Division registration: $700
  • Teams will not be accepted into the tournament until payment has been received.
  • This is NOT a Stay and Play event. We will send hotel discount information to a nearby hotel via email in your registration.
  • International Teams are welcome!
  • Any refund requests received before September 10, 2025 will receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee.
  • Any refund requests received between September 11, 2025 and October 4, 2025 will receive a 50% refund.
  • There will be no refunds issued for requests received after October 5, 2025.

NOTE: MVM TOURNAMENT IS SCHEDULED TO FINISH BY 10:00PM ON SATURDAY. PLEASE MAKE TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS ACCORDINGLY.

Roster Disclaimer

Rosters are due 2 weeks (Oct 26, 2025) before the event, filled out in TM2.

  • Please verify that all players and staff have a valid AAU membership.
  • All players must meet the age requirements. NOTE: AGE WAIVERS are not allowed for this event.
  • Max of (3) rostered adults on a Roster. Coaching Staff will be required to show ID upon Entry.
  • CHECK-IN WILL BE DONE IN TWO PHASES
    • Phase 1: VERIFICATION OF ROSTER AND SUBMISSION ONLINE
    • Phase 2: TEAM CHECK-IN AND PACKET PICKUP ON FRIDAY MORNING. Details will be sent to email in registration after being accepted into the tournament.
